Guarantee terms

| Booking (a "conversion") | A new appointment booked through the website's booking widget, or a contact form submission. Phone taps are tracked but don't count, since they can't be confirmed as bookings. |
| Baseline | Bookings from the old site in the 14 days before launch. Tracking is set up on the old site right after the build plan call. If that isn't possible, the clinic's own booking software report for those 14 days is used, agreed in writing before launch. |
| Measurement window | The first 14 days after launch. If the clinic closes or the window includes a US public holiday, it extends by the same number of days. |
| Conditions | The booking widget stays live, the client makes no major changes to the site, and the clinic is open normal hours. |
| What's refunded | Everything the client paid, including add-ons such as the AI assistant. |
| What happens to the site | The client keeps it. It moves to the Own It plan: site files, domain and booking tool are handed over in their name. Done For You hosting ends unless they choose to pay for it. |
| How to claim | By email to emirhan@sparkmonetize.com within 7 days after the window ends. Refund within 7 business days through the original payment method. |
