Privacy policy

This page explains what information sparkmonetize.com collects, why, and who handles it. SparkMonetize is run by Emirhan Karakoç. When this page says "I" or "me", it means Emirhan.

The short version

• When you book a free audit, I get the details you type into the booking form: your name, email, phone number, your clinic's website address and the time you picked.
• I use analytics tools to see how visitors use this site, such as which sections they read and where they leave. These tools never receive your name, email or phone number.
• I don't sell your information, and I don't use advertising trackers such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
• This site never asks for medical or patient information.

Booking a free audit (Calendly)

The booking calendar on this site is provided by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email, phone number, your clinic's website address and the time you chose, and sends me a confirmation. Calendly may also send you a confirmation and reminder emails. I use these details only to prepare for and hold the audit call, and to follow up about it. Calendly handles this information under its own privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.

Email (Google Workspace)

My email and calendar run on Google Workspace. If you email me, or book a call that is added to my calendar, your message and booking details are stored there. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity)

Google Analytics 4 records which pages and sections are viewed, which buttons are clicked, the type of device and browser, your approximate location (city level, worked out from your IP address) and how you arrived at the site, for example from an email link. It also records anonymous steps in the booking process: that the calendar was viewed, that a time was picked, and that a booking was made. It does not receive the details you type into the booking form. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off.

Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll, move and click on the page, and can replay a visit as a recording so I can see where the site is confusing. Clarity masks what you type into fields, and it can't see inside the booking calendar, which is a separate Calendly window.

Both tools use cookies or similar storage in your browser to recognize repeat visits. You can block them with your browser settings or a content blocker, and the site still works. Google offers an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Microsoft's privacy statement is at microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement.

Hosting (Vercel)

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers log basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Vercel's privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Where your information is processed

I'm based in Turkey. The services above store and process information on their own servers, mostly in the United States.

How long it's kept

I keep booking details and emails for as long as we're in touch about your website, and delete them when you ask. Analytics data is kept for the period set in each tool and is then deleted automatically.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by emailing emirhan@sparkmonetize.com. I'll reply within 30 days.

Children

This site is meant for clinic owners and isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
